Yesterday was such an unbelievable, memorable, remarkable day at the PA State Capitol in Harrisburg!
Our hero, Senator Doug Mastriano invited author Rhonda Fink-Whitman to bring her husband Mike and speak at a roundtable hearing on antisemitism about why we need to pass PA SB 127 – the Holocaust education mandate now! And then he surprised her and the other speakers with Pennsylvania Freedom Medals!! Holy Moses!! This is the greatest honor of this author’s career!!!!!

We need to demand that our legislators pass this bill immediately before the legislative session ends and the bill expires! Come on PA! Get it together! 22 other states have full mandates! What’s wrong in Pennsylvania?? Why does Senator Doug Mastriano stand alone in his commitment to teach the Holocaust and fight antisemitism in PA? We have a Jewish governor, Josh Shapiro, who was himself, with his family, the target of violent antisemitism and yet he is silent on SB 127!! He voices no support! It’s a shonda!!!
